I only give 3 stars because every time I order there are problems with the delivery: once the delivery person supposedly rang the bell and I didn't answer even though I was at home, and now I avoid home delivery by selecting a relay point thinking it would be better, and they deliver to the opposite. Every order has a problem. Otherwise, the wool is beautiful and of good quality and the prices are very reasonable compared to other sites. Hello, I placed an order on the site, chose a fast delivery with UPS which is quite expensive and especially with home delivery so that UPS changes the delivery and chooses to put the package in a relay point. This has already happened twice, I find it unacceptable, so I didn't go to pick up my package and I'm waiting for the refund. It's over, I won't order from Lidia again.
