Hello, We have refunded you for this ball apparently with a defect. The issue is that you ordered this shade of pink just before. Moreover, you told us that you only needed 10 grams to finish this project. It is evident that you made a connection with the end of a pink ball to obtain a new ball for free. We never doubt a customer's word, but one should not abuse our service. Besides, it is not possible to have this type of mix in a ball; in the 4 years we have been making this wool, it has never happened. However, we have refunded you for this ball. No criticism on Lidia crochet knitting as I still haven't received anything despite delivery announcements on Friday first, then Saturday, each time a message; sorry your package cannot be delivered today please reschedule your delivery. This is impossible because after the procedure new message; we cannot intervene on your delivery package in transit. I contact them: response = your package will be delivered as soon as it is at our agency, please wait... where is it? With a delivery cost of over 7 euros for a ball of wool, I don't understand. In summary, good contact with the Lidia crochet site but please change your delivery service.

Better process the returns. I keep the wool because it is expensive to return it by mail, you would refund me 2 € for the wool you sent, with a bad smell that makes my stomach turn. I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but it's definitely chemical garbage.
