The color of the skeins is never marked, there are only numbers! We don't know what color we are buying, so I don't always buy and I go to a haberdashery. On the site, we should be able to choose the thread based on its size, this search is non-existent. We should also be able to indicate the name of a thread and start a search to find an equivalent thread (if the colors are not appealing, for example). The delivery is a disaster. DPD is a company based in the town of PEGOMAS in the Alpes-Maritimes and their delivery is not serious. 3 days to deliver to me on June 6, they gave me 3 excuses that were not justified at all.
