Hello, it's always difficult to buy wool without being able to touch it and as long as you haven't tried it for the first time. The first time, I ordered a large quantity of Caprice. What a mistake! It itches, the garments made are unwearable. This time, I'm taking the Chameleon and I'm disappointed again by the roughness of the yarn. I won't do anything with it. What more can I say except the feeling of having thrown my money away. You're obviously not to blame, online shopping for yarns is over for me.

If I could have put 0 stars, I would have done it, you pay the shipping costs to receive your package at home and the carrier drops it off at a relay point. Moreover, they give you a delivery date that is not respected, so nothing is going well.

l'article coloris "rouge 3" est très décevant, la couleur ne correspond pas du tout à la photo de votre site, mais vu les frais de retour, nous le conservons, par contre nous réfléchirons à deux fois avant de recommander chez vous !

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon colis et très satisfaite du contenu mais, la livraison ce n'est pas la même chose Je demande la livraison a domicile, je suis chez moi le jour J et là un message comme quoi mon colis est a retiré au relais colis a 5km de chez moi n'ayant pas de moyen de locomotion cela fut un peu compliqué je paie pour un service qui n'est pas respecté voilà je tenais a vous remonter l'info merci

I still haven't received my order, I received several texts from Mondial Relay saying that my package was too large to fit in the boxes, I changed it asking for it to be dropped off at the store reception, there too an identical response, now my package is being delivered over 30km from my home, I think I will buy my wool from another site because this is the second time this has happened

I followed exactly the instructions given in the tutorial and the result is a disaster. The shawl is too short and ripples all along. I couldn't adapt the proposed model. Too many increases that ruined the result. I regret having wasted 10 skeins of wool. I will not make the mistake of following a purchased tutorial for nothing again!
