Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I received my order very quickly, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the bohemian yarn. I ordered 8 skeins. They are all from the same dye lot, unfortunately their texture is very different which forced me to undo my knitting after changing skeins. Indeed, one skein gave a felted effect to the knitting and the other a clear effect. Impossible to make a wearable sweater under these conditions.
