Your carrier UPS is really not serious. I had major problems with my last 2 orders. Moreover, UPS completely disregards their job and is even unpleasant, with recordings to support. It's really a shame to stop this collaboration because of UPS. I was very satisfied with LIDIA's services and the quality of her products.
