I love Lidia Crochet's videos as well as her beautiful yarn to crochet. However, I was disappointed with my last delivery which should have been delivered to my home while I was breastfeeding. The delivery person did not come and directly put my package in a point. I had to call someone to go pick up my package. Too bad.

Hello, I wanted to give you this feedback to let you know that the quality of the wool is average. It generates a lot of fluff, which is really very unpleasant to work with, it flies everywhere and causes constant sneezing. Moreover, depending on the color, I notice a difference in diameter!! Even though I have a Mondial Relay depot very close to me, I was only offered more distant Mondial Relay options. I therefore chose the more expensive home delivery, but my package scheduled for 13/03 is still not here! Delayed to 14/03, I was forced to stay at home all day unnecessarily since several messages informed me of a delivery slot in the early afternoon. I love Lidia crochet products, they are impeccable. I am not at all happy that the package was not delivered to my home as planned. I waited all day at home, only to see that the delivery person marked it as not delivered, no one ???? He also needed a signature. I WAS AT HOME. My neighbor across the street didn't see any delivery person either. The delivery person preferred to drop the package at Pezenas at instant freshness, surely more convenient for him! This is the second time this has happened. I had to travel 20 km round trip to retrieve my package. Disappointing... I will not order again, a shame for Lidia crochet who is not to blame.
