I contacted you because I have not received my package to this day. According to UPS, I was delivered on Friday. I checked all the UPS points around me and I have not recovered the package. They tell me that the sender must contact them. I have sent you several messages without a response. Sorry for this review, but I think the order is lost. I will not order anything from you if you continue to ship with UPS. Many of us are losing packages with this company. Everything is perfect for me. I do have a question regarding deliveries: is there a limit to be delivered to a relay? My last order was about 62€ and I couldn't access my usual relay. The delivery went very well at home, but I prefer the relay. Thank you for your response.
