Hello, fast shipping even though I had waited 2 months for the yarn that was out of stock. And thank you for the gift of 2 free skeins, I would have liked to have them with this shipment, it wouldn't have prevented me from ordering again. Thank you ??

Hello, the yarns are superb, I am very happy with my package, the big problem is the delivery company UPS, I had requested home delivery and the delivery person didn't even bother to come to my house after 2 days of delay, he dropped it off at a relay point, I am disabled without a car, it's not easy for me to go pick it up, with DPD I never had any issues, what a shame that we no longer have a choice, thank you for your understanding.
