Nothing to complain about. Customer service is attentive. I am completely satisfied. Lidia's tutorials are excellent, the yarn is not expensive and really of good quality.

Satisfied with my orders, however you said we would have the PDFs for the Christmas cover, I made 3 orders and never received the PDF, moreover I am also disappointed by the lack of stock in your warehouses because the wait is really very very long. No hard feelings. Respectfully
