Hello, Thank you for your orders. Indeed, most packages arrive within 2 days, but delivery times may exceed these deadlines. It all depends on the reliability of the transport company that delivers the packages on site. Most carriers work with local subcontractors. If a new delivery person arrives and is overwhelmed, packages can be delayed by 1/2 days. We apologize for these incidents. I thought I would receive my package within 48 hours and I am still waiting I wanted a relay point but apparently it is not easy to find Pertuis So important to receive my package I am very disappointed next time I will have it delivered to my home no more relay points Hoping not to wait too long again.

Hello, We thank you for your order. The delivery of the package to the relay point was never announced at 48H, but 4/6 days (always excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to the Pertuis relay point was not possible (internal problem of Mondial Relay), your package has been sent to a new relay point in Mirabeau. Best regards.

The I-cord range has changed in the meantime (for over a year), it has been made thicker, to obtain even stiffer works (bags, etc.).
