I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.

I love the wide choice of threads that allows for various requests on different projects. However, I have a downside regarding the order tracking. If we do not go to the site to gather information, we do not receive any shipping or tracking emails.

The quality is impeccable! The delivery needs to be reviewed, I paid for home delivery via UPS, they did not present themselves at my home, used the mention, presented themselves at home, there was no one even though I was present and at worst there is a place to drop off packages at my home, I had to go to a bookstore that is not close to my home to pick up the package, taking it twice! Very disappointed with the delivery

Nothing to say about the order itself (quick and complete) but an issue with UPS who delivered a day late, just notifying 12 hours before: a bit tight to organize when the package doesn't fit in the mailbox!

I am always super happy to discover tutorials that are always clear and varied. Being still quite a novice in crochet, knowing which yarn to take and in what quantity helps me enormously, without that I don't know if I would dare to start. The packages have always been prepared and delivered quickly and carefully. I appreciate the diversity of yarns and colors. I love the good mood shared in the videos. Hello, I particularly like your films, the quality. However, I sometimes have questions about the difference between the yarns, but there is no possibility to ask questions and I find that there are not enough discounts for people who order quite often.

I have not received my package. The information on the package tracking does not allow me to have more information. Let's hope for good news because this is a 350 euro order.

Lidia's service is always perfect but for the delivery service, it is mediocre. I received 3 messages for different delivery times for a null result since my package was dropped off at a pickup point even though I paid to be delivered at home. The delivery person did not bother to come to my house or even call. My husband and I did not leave our home and were waiting for the delivery person. Moreover, the message was in English to inform me that my package was dropped off at a pickup point. I informed UPS but of course, no response from them. Very, very disappointed with this delivery service. If I pay for a home service, it's because I am 78 years old and we live far from shops. My husband has to take the car because I do not drive. In France, public transport is non-existent because I am originally from Switzerland where transport is abundant. Please make a remark to UPS about this.

Very happy with the tutorials (clear explanations) and LIDIA CROCHET wools with a good quality/price ratio. I appreciate the number of varied tutorials, for both beginners and advanced. The only small downside in my opinion: when a project is planned, it would be good to present it to us from the start so that we can order (if this project interests us) the right number of skeins corresponding.
