Hello, I didn't give 5 stars because there was a flaw in the thread on one of the skeins. I had to cut a good piece. These are things that can happen and for my other orders I didn't have any issues which is why I gave 4 stars.

I am very satisfied with the wool which is beautiful but very disappointed with the carrier. I request and pay for home delivery. The carrier doesn't even bother to come in front of the house but sends me a message stating that he couldn't drop off my package at my home and that he will drop it off at a relay point located in the neighboring city. Not only was I at home waiting but I had to take my car to go pick up my package.
