Always very nice yarns and good tutorials that are very pleasant to do. But a downside for UPS delivery, indeed the order left on the 26th, the package remained in transit I don't know where for two days and this package should finally arrive this afternoon on January 3rd. I am delighted with the different colors of your balls of wool. I like them a lot and they are very attractive. I didn't give 5 stars because I find that the ordered cotton unravels as soon as you use it and it's therefore not easy to use. Otherwise, I would like to congratulate Lidia who explains really well in her tutorials.

The best crochet tutorial site, but be careful with the choice of new wools. For example, the NAYA has no interest for me, it is not really flexible and already appears felted when crocheting it. Regarding the tutorials, the end is always too quick and lacks more precise information, the beginning is sometimes too long but the end is really too quick, especially for beginners

I like the quality of the wool for its price however too much wool to wash by hand which reduces my choice of wool too bad, I knit a lot and if I have to spend more time for hand washing that I do not have. I hope Lidia will think of us in her future choices. Happy end of year holidays

The ordered items are very good. However, the UPS delivery person was very bad. I had paid for home delivery and he left my package at the relay even though I was home. He had my mobile number. He didn't even try to contact us. Avoid UPS or Colis Privé. Better to take the post office or Chronopost, with them there are never any problems.

Already reported several times. The packages always arrive with holes, damaged by transport. And you who do not put protection on the light-colored balls (pink). As a result, the wools stick out of the open package and get dirty. Honestly disappointed that it is useless to give you our feedback. Will you improve one day? I have doubts....
