I REALLY LIKED THE SPEED OF ORDER MANAGEMENT. I would have liked the explanations in the form of a diagram rather than the 'spelled out' explanations but oh well

Why one star? One star for the very inappropriate attitude of customer service. I was treated very poorly. Like never in another company. I was even shocked... I was really treated like a clueless, incompetent customer. It's very unfortunate because the products deserve 4 stars. I myself have a haberdashery business and I would never dare to do that. Hello, I ordered 3 balls of icorde mustard color to make a bag. First ball no problems, however the second one has a big issue. The thread is thinner than the previous one. So the circle for the bag is smaller. I had to undo and take the third one which is perfect. I will need this ball that I set aside. Can you do something, thank you

The different skeins of wool have super beautiful colors. The quantity was exact. However, with the first Classic skein I used, I had difficulty pulling the thread from the middle of the skein.
