The quality is good but I am disappointed by the color, it's not what I expected, it's very dark, it even leans towards black, it's a shame. (Caprice 22) The color is nice but it's not as described, too bad.

I love your skeins and your colors. Your yarns are soft. It's a delight to buy your products. However, while the penultimate order was carefully packaged, I was not satisfied with the last order. The skeins were loose in the large box without being packaged and I found lots of particles in the yarn skeins. Given the amount of my order, although I do not consider this a valid reason, I would like to have more respectful packaging for the merchandise. Best regards
