Hello, Thank you for your order. You placed your order on 06/04. The 07/04 and 10/04 were public holidays in Spain, so the packages were necessarily delayed in delivery. Your package was sent with Mondial Relay, for an estimated delivery of 4 to 6 working days. We are on 13/04, so even without these public holidays, counting the weekend, your package is not late. For very fast delivery, 2/3 working days, you need to choose home delivery with DPD/SEUR. We thank you for your understanding.

Hello, We have refunded you for this ball apparently with a defect. The issue is that you ordered this shade of pink just before. Moreover, you told us that you only needed 10 grams to finish this project. It is evident that you made a connection with the end of a pink ball to obtain a new ball for free. We never doubt a customer's word, but one should not abuse our service. Besides, it is not possible to have this type of mix in a ball; in the 4 years we have been making this wool, it has never happened. However, we have refunded you for this ball. We thank you for your understanding.

Hello, congratulations on the very fast shipping, however a small downside, for a previous order. Indeed very disappointed by the wool "Baby Velay 100g, ordered x6 color n°7" on 01/16/2022 order n° 416320. This product frays quickly, and has no hold, I have 5 unusable balls left, what to do? In the Knit Pro Set interchangeable Tunisian hooks Symphony from my order n°391898 of 04/10/2021 the hook n°5 broke without having made a sudden movement hence its replacement in my order n°516666 of 04/23/2023.
