Very fast reception in Belgium. The prices of the items and shipping costs remain reasonable. Well packaged and well protected in bubble wrap. Nevertheless, the wooden beads of the strap have some small shocks and the plastic part (the tube) has a deformation/a bad fold. This explains the small downside for the rating. Overall, quite satisfied nonetheless.

The corporate image conveyed by Lidia is frankly hard to beat! However, in terms of customer contact, there is room for improvement; it lacks a bit of warmth and kindness that we expect because we feel like we know Lidia personally, so her team should be an extension of her energy it seems to me. That said, I love the shop, the products and even more the tutorials :)
