While I find the site very pleasant and the advice judicious, I was very disappointed to receive sewing needles when I ordered knitting needles!!!

The speed of shipping. I ordered Trapp XL skeins but I am disappointed because there is a lot of patching at the end of the skein, new skein, so several knots in the work. The rest of my order is great and the prices are super. Also, congratulations on your top tutorials

Taking into account orders and fast delivery, although a bit expensive. However, the yarns are very original but the quality of the skeins (trapxl, BB) is not always there (tangled, broken skeins, or with knots).

Hello, I am very satisfied with LIDIA's tutorials really, I make a lot of things and delight everyone around me, the only big downside is always the stock shortages that are not replenished, for example the namaste in natural and gray tones that I need to make baskets or pot covers etc... still not in stock, the waiting lists are always unanswered. That's the only thing but it's very important when you plan to make things it's not in 6 months later but right away. I hope you will take this into account. Best regards,

However, I sincerely regret the GLS service which did not deliver to my home on the pretext that I was absent. I called 6 times to finally find my package at the pickup point.
