Why one star? One star for the very inappropriate attitude of customer service. I was treated very poorly. Like never in another company. I was even shocked... I was really treated like a clueless, incompetent customer. It's very unfortunate because the products deserve 4 stars. I myself have a haberdashery business and I would never dare to do that.
