I have not received my package

Request for home delivery and every time my order is placed in a relay point when I don't have a license it's not simple they tell me I couldn't drop off your package at home when I'm always at home

I ordered Namaste violet wool but received reference 03 brown instead of 04 violet, very disappointed

I still do not have my package which seems to have been returned to Spain.

I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.

I have not received my package. The information on the package tracking does not allow me to have more information. Let's hope for good news because this is a 350 euro order.

Still haven't received my order

I contacted you because I have not received my package to this day. According to UPS, I was delivered on Friday. I checked all the UPS points around me and I have not recovered the package. They tell me that the sender must contact them. I have sent you several messages without a response. Sorry for this review, but I think the order is lost. I will not order anything from you if you continue to ship with UPS. Many of us are losing packages with this company. I am still waiting for my package

My package was delivered to the hair salon in my village. The delivery person supposedly could not find my address despite my husband being at home. Too bad....

Still haven't received my order. Way too long, it's a shame but I think I will change suppliers with much regret.

I ordered a gift card for my sister for Christmas... never received and on December 26 after several emails I received the card... avoided.

Already reported several times. The packages always arrive with holes, damaged by transport. And you who do not put protection on the light-colored balls (pink). As a result, the wools stick out of the open package and get dirty. Honestly disappointed that it is useless to give you our feedback. Will you improve one day? I have doubts....

I didn't think that the Lidia Crochet Tricot site was purely capitalist, it's really not a way to treat your customers especially since the delay was confirmed by UPS, it was not delayed due to the end of year holidays, you are not human at all you have no empathy for people, even though I order from you all the time, I never buy my yarns elsewhere! You could have certainly made a small commercial gesture because you completely disoriented my life, I remind you that I am an autistic person and that you have no right to lie to me by shifting the blame left and right!! Pfff you are frankly disgusting, but don't worry I will go in your direction I hope for you a great sustainability in your business!!

The delivery took 1 week longer, did not receive the free pdf of the Christmas blanket.

Questions about delivery delays and yarn restocking are not taken into account or receive very vague responses as if after selling your products you don't care what happens next.

Received non-compliant item, exchange with customer service very mediocre, very cold person... I realize, after research, that these are ALIEXPRESS products resold at double the price!!!!! Avoid.

I ordered 4 colors of Maya wool: 02, 04, 05, and 13. I notice that the thread of the black skeins is thicker than the other 3 colors ordered. I just made a sample to be sure and the stitches in black with the same hook are larger. I am disappointed. My work will be less regular

Very bad experience with deliveries and no response to the email sent on December 9. I ordered twice and I will not order again.

The home delivery was scheduled for Friday, postponed to today. I was just informed that the package is dropped off at a relay point 8 km from my home while I am currently stuck at home (which is why I ordered wool to keep myself busy).

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR NEW UPS DELIVERY SYSTEM.

Package not received at home, dropped off at a store by UPS transport. Impossible for me to move, that's why I request Home Delivery by SEUR, much more serious for home deliveries.

The delivery is too long.

I did not receive my order. UPS did not deliver my order to the Royal Food relay.

Order placed 15 days ago and no news, no update for the transport, I don't know where it is... no message to inform about the delay or any other reason, I wanted these materials to make a project for Christmas. Very disappointed, I hope to have an explanation very soon.
