The order was perfect, good respect for my order. Package in good condition but UPS allows itself to spam me with texts and emails only to end up not respecting the delivery time of the package and leaving it with a provider after two calls on my mobile without leaving any message. I only give 3 stars because every time I order there are problems with the delivery: once the delivery person supposedly rang the bell and I didn't answer even though I was at home, and now I avoid home delivery by selecting a relay point thinking it would be better, and they deliver to the opposite. Every order has a problem. Otherwise, the wool is beautiful and of good quality and the prices are very reasonable compared to other sites. But honestly, I'm hesitant to recommend because of the crappy deliveries. But to be frank,

Hello, I placed an order on the site, chose a fast delivery with UPS which is quite expensive and especially with home delivery so that UPS changes the delivery and chooses to put the package in a relay point. This has already happened twice, I find it unacceptable, so I didn't go to pick up my package and I'm waiting for the refund. It's over, I won't order from Lidia again.
