I was happy to place my second order with Lidia crochet knit. I ordered butterfly balls, which are beautiful to the eye. However, I have a problem because the thread of my first ball is not regular, it becomes much thicker at the change to the shiny part. I sent a polite little email, and in response, I was told that it is not that my way of crocheting does not match the quality of the product, which is perfect. In short, I was just giving feedback on my experience, and I was told that I do not know how to use this ball of yarn. I am speechless.

Hello, This yarn has been used for several tutorials, and the result is impeccable. It is normal for it to appear thicker or thinner due to its texture, without affecting its quality. However, in the photo presented in your review, we see that the top thread is under tension, unlike the one at the bottom. Thank you for your understanding.
