Hello I find your company very serious, the shipping is great but however I must tell you that I am disappointed with the FURRY wool color 04 as well as 01 for the following reasons: the wools are very pretty and also very soft but to make the feather neck warmer the dimensions do not match those you knitted they are much smaller because I think the yarn is thicker so there is not enough wool for the same dimensions as yours it would have taken at least half a ball more especially for the gray now I have not yet made the black but this one seems finer unfortunately I cannot offer them because it is very short Best regards Nicole Berzieri

I love the wools, the quality is there, the price is not excessive compared to other brands, and Lidia gives us gifts (I love that) and on top of that the tutorials are great. I really like Lidia who is very professional. However, there is a lack of follow-up. I left several messages without a response. It should be in centimeters and not in stitches because we crochet more or less tightly and the result is not the same. I also received yarn with knots.
