I appreciated the quality of your products, I am considering another order for a project on your site. Small downside, the delivery was laborious, I had to call your colleagues who did what was necessary to retrieve my package, necessarily with a delay, but I am happy with this first experience with you. Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I liked: the speed of order processing and shipping. Consequently, I will avoid placing an order.

The site is very serious, the shipping is very fast (within the day), however, I find it a shame that parcels are only shipped by Mondial Relay which are excessively slow for Corsica. Order shipped on 1/09/25 still not received, unfortunately, this will have been the last one for me.
