I received the wool in a mega compressed package. I started working with the Charlotte wool and there are a lot of knots. I know that a thread of this length has joins but there are way too many

This is not my first order and I always find that the threads are of good quality-price ratio (otherwise, I wouldn't order anymore) but I was a bit disappointed with the LOCO thread, part of the thread in the center of the skein was not well woven and was therefore unusable. Fortunately, I had taken several skeins. And from time to time, right in the middle of the skein, there is a knot, the thread is not continuous throughout the skein. Otherwise, the baby vely was very good, I was able to finish my amigurumi dragon.

Top merchandise but the delivery was really not great! The delivery people don't bother to look for the address. They end up delivering 20km from my home. They don't send me the receipt code so I had to come back! (80km for me). However, Lidia crochet helped me a lot to finally recover my product. But it makes the ball of wool expensive.

Satisfied with the wool but I paid the home delivery rate. I was present on the scheduled day but the delivery was made to a relay point. I had to take my car and go to the neighboring village to pick up my package. It's not serious.

No problems with deliveries even if the Mondial Relay delivery points are rare and not always close to home. However, I am very disappointed with the latest proposed creations. They are outdated and do not inspire. It's a shame because crochet is still very present in the collections this year. With a lot of beautiful things. Get inspired by Instagram and less by Crochet Maniack.

The Icord thread that I ordered as suggested for making the pineapple point bag is very stiff so it is difficult to crochet with the #4 hook I used a #5.5 hook. It's a bit better but I wonder if a smaller Icord would have been better since watching your video it seemed to slide much more smoothly.
