Before giving my opinion, I should be delivered with already 3 days late no news from the carrier. Don't be surprised if we go to the competition. And I want to be refunded. I waited all day when I was supposed to receive my order.

I am generally satisfied with Lidia crochet yarns. However, I was very disappointed with the angora yarn that pills too much. The product description does not specify at all that a sweater made with this wool will be unwearable due to the pilling. I made the Mont Blanc sweater which has a very nice finish, but I think I will have to throw it away since I have tried everything to deal with the pilling, but without success: wasted purchase costs and hours of crochet. I don't understand why this is not specified, especially in the tutorial.

Even though I have a Mondial Relay depot very close to me, I was only offered more distant Mondial Relay options. I therefore chose the more expensive home delivery, but my package scheduled for 13/03 is still not here! Delayed to 14/03, I was forced to stay at home all day unnecessarily since several messages informed me of a delivery slot in the early afternoon. This delivery did not take place and I have received no messages since!

The products are very good. But the UPS delivery people are very bad. I made 2 home orders and each time they dropped my orders at the relay without even passing by my home. Just a text message to tell me to go pick it up. I do not recommend this delivery company. UPS to be banned.

I love Lidia crochet products, they are impeccable. I am not at all happy that the package was not delivered to my home as planned. I waited all day at home, only to see that the delivery person marked it as not delivered, no one ???? He also needed a signature. I WAS AT HOME. My neighbor across the street didn't see any delivery person either. The delivery person preferred to drop the package at Pezenas at instant freshness, surely more convenient for him! This is the second time this has happened. I had to travel 20 km round trip to retrieve my package. Disappointing... I will not order again, a shame for Lidia crochet who is not to blame.

I liked the speed, never an error in the order. Did not like the packaging of a crochet (a lot of bubble wrap) when it is already packaged and could have been slipped among the threads as well as the envelope which is very pretty and practical (not too much space in the mailbox), but seems a bit eco-unfriendly... maybe a mistake on my part. A big thank you for everything else :-)
