I ordered a gift card for my sister for Christmas... never received and on December 26 after several emails I received the card... avoided.

I knitted a 'gul' shawl with the angora wool that I gave to my sister, it is not wearable, impossible after several methods tried for the hair to stop spreading on the clothes. And the second thing is the delivery. I live in the southeast of France, it takes 10 days for delivery, I paid for home delivery, the delivery person decided otherwise and left it at a relay point. I just placed another order on 20/12, it will only arrive on 31/12... I wait to see, normally it is at home. I correct, UPS just sent me a message, it will be delivered on 28/12. So a little better... But it doesn't change the fact that I am not satisfied with the UPS delivery and the quality of this 'angora' wool

I have been ordering for several years and I don't know how to use all my gift points. I didn't understand how to use them. With each order, I am told that I have gift points, but with the next order, I am not told how many gift points I have in total and how to use them. There should be a gift points counter per customer and ask with the next order if we want to use them.

The best crochet tutorial site, but be careful with the choice of new wools. For example, the NAYA has no interest for me, it is not really flexible and already appears felted when crocheting it. Regarding the tutorials, the end is always too quick and lacks more precise information, the beginning is sometimes too long but the end is really too quick, especially for beginners

Good quality wool. But the classic lacks certain colors. Such as red and fir green ....

The packaging of the package could be improved.

I really like the cottons. However, I regret that there is not more diversity in the materials, such as blends of wool and others as well as pure wools like merino etc... But I am very satisfied with what is offered

I like the quality of the wool for its price however too much wool to wash by hand which reduces my choice of wool too bad, I knit a lot and if I have to spend more time for hand washing that I do not have. I hope Lidia will think of us in her future choices. Happy end of year holidays

Received quickly the wool which is very pretty and conforms to what I wanted... I am happy to have discovered this wool sales site. The only big drawback is that you have to follow the explanations on video and not with a model on pdf

The ordered items are very good. However, the UPS delivery person was very bad. I had paid for home delivery and he left my package at the relay even though I was home. He had my mobile number. He didn't even try to contact us. Avoid UPS or Colis Privé. Better to take the post office or Chronopost, with them there are never any problems.

Since recently I have started crocheting again and watching your tutorials and I was very surprised it made me want to do everything I started with threads bought expensive from retailers but disappointed I tried to buy in your shop for now I haven't had the time to do much. Your wools are cheaper and the delivery time is short it's just for the delivery they didn't deliver to my home rather surprised hoping to see you soon thank you

I am very happy with my order but a small question I thought we would find a small card to win a little gift but I must have misunderstood. Thank you again for my order. Monique

I started my work I am at the 4th ball of baby vely and the 4th is all damaged, length of thread without velvet on top. I hope the next 2 will not be like that!!!

Nothing more to say, perfect for orders, the only downside is that UPS often delivers late. For example, I had an order that was postponed 3 times for delivery

I didn't think that the Lidia Crochet Tricot site was purely capitalist, it's really not a way to treat your customers especially since the delay was confirmed by UPS, it was not delayed due to the end of year holidays, you are not human at all you have no empathy for people, even though I order from you all the time, I never buy my yarns elsewhere! You could have certainly made a small commercial gesture because you completely disoriented my life, I remind you that I am an autistic person and that you have no right to lie to me by shifting the blame left and right!! Pfff you are frankly disgusting, but don't worry I will go in your direction I hope for you a great sustainability in your business!!

The delivery took 1 week longer, did not receive the free pdf of the Christmas blanket.
