Hello, I particularly like your films, the quality. However, I sometimes have questions about the difference between the yarns, but there is no possibility to ask questions and I find that there are not enough discounts for people who order quite often.

Lidia's service is always perfect but for the delivery service, it is mediocre. I received 3 messages for different delivery times for a null result since my package was dropped off at a pickup point even though I paid to be delivered at home. The delivery person did not bother to come to my house or even call. My husband and I did not leave our home and were waiting for the delivery person. Moreover, the message was in English to inform me that my package was dropped off at a pickup point. I informed UPS but of course, no response from them. Very, very disappointed with this delivery service. If I pay for a home service, it's because I am 78 years old and we live far from shops. My husband has to take the car because I do not drive. In France, public transport is non-existent because I am originally from Switzerland where transport is abundant. Please make a remark to UPS about this.

Very happy with the tutorials (clear explanations) and LIDIA CROCHET wools with a good quality/price ratio. I appreciate the number of varied tutorials, for both beginners and advanced. The only small downside in my opinion: when a project is planned, it would be good to present it to us from the start so that we can order (if this project interests us) the right number of skeins corresponding. I encountered this problem particularly with the tutorial titled Granny KoKo Chanel where we do not know how many skeins to order; I crocheted about twenty squares without problem, unused to this day, because I never found the corresponding tutorial for the project that was planned for this purpose...too bad! and I believe I am not the only one to have had this problem. The BB wool is superb, soft and very pleasant. Small downside: I did not find the color I wanted. Lack of colors

The order was very good, I am happy but the delivery went to a relay point twice instead of my home while I was waiting for it to be delivered to my home. The last time there were 2 packages, they gave me 1 and the 2nd the same day at the relay point.

Transporters are always complicated whether it's UPS because they don't even bother to notify us to give the package while someone is at home, and Mondial Relay, even though we choose a Relay point that is well open, the package is sent to another relay point. So it becomes complicated to get the package

The yarns are of good quality and the colors are very original, very soft for making very original Sophie scarves for the calendar, I find it very beautiful and original but I don't understand what it contains because apart from the knitting or crochet ring, the rest is related to sewing, I thought I would receive yarn and not thread and I find the needles too thin for knitting projects, the prices are made for fabric otherwise I recommend this calendar to the seamstress, package received very quickly thank you

I have nothing to complain about the wool, however UPS, who was supposed to handle the delivery, didn't even bother to come to my home or call me. I hate that companies use UPS because this company never delivers to me and always finds excuses. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I didn't leave my home and the delivery person didn't contact me. I monitored the delivery person's route via their notification and surprise at one point noted impossible to deliver. The package was dropped off at a location where I couldn't even pick it up the same day because it was closed even though it was noted open until 6 PM. Given the delivery fees, I believe that delivering to me as planned would have been the least they could do.

Still haven't received my order

I contacted you because I have not received my package to this day. According to UPS, I was delivered on Friday. I checked all the UPS points around me and I have not recovered the package. They tell me that the sender must contact them. I have sent you several messages without a response. Sorry for this review, but I think the order is lost. I will not order anything from you if you continue to ship with UPS. Many of us are losing packages with this company.
