UPS marked my package as delivered but it is not in the mailbox.

Happy with my order of Lidia wool.

Recently, I ordered 6 skeins of Maya yarn. Everything went well, as usual. I received a message from UPS saying that my delivery was made, but I never received my skeins of wool. Apparently, my package got lost. None of my neighbors received this package. Since then, I hesitate to place another order. The amount is not very important, about twenty euros, but still. From now on, I will choose a supplier that does not use UPS as a carrier.

If I gave 3 stars it is not for the quality of the order but for the UPS delivery system which is not serious, I am at home and the delivery person doesn't even ring my doorbell, he just puts the paper in the mailbox and then the package is dropped off at a shop that is very far from my home

The tracking was not correct...a message telling me that the package was arriving in the morning, then in the afternoon and finally :-) it was put in my mailbox in the morning hi! hi! I thought I had to be present to receive it! Nothing serious...

Hello, generally the wools I bought are of good quality-price ratio. The quantity of yarn is a bit more than other competing YouTubers, and that's great. They are pleasant to crochet for me. The only downside, I would like yarns with less acrylic, and more merino, alpaca,... But colors are top??

Hello, my rating is only 3 stars because until now I was very satisfied with this site but it has been 15 days since I reported a problem regarding a credit appearing and that I could not transfer to the orders. To this day I am still waiting for a response.

I would have appreciated having taken a next day delivery option at 18.50 € which was not possible for you on Friday but the following Monday to have a commercial gesture worth at least 10 euros and not 5 euros because 13.50 euros of delivery fees to be delivered in J+3 as your distributor UPS does not deliver on Saturdays

Good product overall. The tutorials are great. Just a small remark, it's a pity that the delivery time is not shorter, a bit long in my opinion compared to other suppliers

The delivery (paid) with UPS was announced within two days but it arrived after a week!

The creations are magnificent. The wools are great, but for me, everything that is wool itches... maybe it would be good to provide a similar wool each time...? And sometimes be less quick when sharing creations. I know we can use the scroll wheel but it's not great for me. Otherwise, everything is perfect ??

The products are very good, I am satisfied on that side. The problem comes from the deliveries which are often problematic. My last order was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, November 16, but UPS did not deliver the package and I am now told that it is being held and will be delivered at a later date, without telling me exactly when. After contacting customer service, I am told that they are looking for my package and that I will have news in about ten days. I had already encountered delivery difficulties with DPD and UPS is even worse. I paid 85.95 and I am not sure I will see the merchandise. I have often ordered from Lidia for a year, at least once a month, but the delivery problems make me think that I may not be able to order anymore. It's really a shame.
