I love all the tutorials as well as the yarn which for me has an excellent quality/price ratio. Delivery generally goes very well, a big downside for the carrier DPD with whom I had many problems (no delivery or supposedly delivered package but absent) since then they no longer come to my house at all.

Hello, to this day I have 2 orders stuck at the delivery agency. I receive emails saying that they unfortunately cannot deliver to me today. I called and they told me that they have not yet received your packages and that is why. The gentleman told me "1 package has arrived, it is scheduled for tomorrow" and 2 days later still nothing. It's been 10 days since I ordered one and 13 days for the other. Maybe we should find another delivery company. Best regards
