I followed exactly the instructions given in the tutorial and the result is a disaster. The shawl is too short and ripples all along. I couldn't adapt the proposed model. Too many increases that ruined the result. I regret having wasted 10 skeins of wool. I will not make the mistake of following a purchased tutorial for nothing again!

Very good in terms of the supplier. Despite some improvement in terms of communication and cost, there are still progress to be made, particularly regarding the announced delivery date, then a new date (so far, so good), I was stuck all afternoon to receive an email in the evening saying that I would be delivered the next day. My previous order was delivered to 23 Victor Hugo street while I live at 27 Victor HUGO, and today's order says it was delivered to my mailbox and I received nothing. I asked my neighbors, no one received my package. If UPS cannot read an address correctly, you should change carriers. It's the only one that doesn't deliver to my address. In any case, I have not received my package, so I am more than disappointed with your partner because I don't think the error comes from you. Now what should I do because I was waiting for my order.
