This order was perfect, payment, reception time, but what a surprise discovering the color of the yarn CELADON green instead of the light gray I saw on the site. For info, there is no name for the colors, just a number, so 06 is green, all wrong for my heart warmer. Thank you Lidia for these beautiful models.

Nothing to report, correct shipment, this is the first time I order from this site. The quality of the wool is a bit disappointing (it catches and tangles very easily). On the other hand, the colors are superb. Furthermore, we would like to know more about their origin, their manufacturing (under socially and environmentally correct conditions? or in an unhealthy workshop in China for a handful of peanuts for the workers?)

I appreciate the detailed explanations of the tutorials by Lidia for both beginners and reminders for the more experienced. I don't understand the system for counting orders? Wouldn't it be simpler to have 'a customer account' that references the number of orders? A nice warm jacket for winter, in several colors, is that possible?
