2 things to improve - the communication on YT which serves as a showcase for this commercial site. I am still waiting for a response to my question on the last video, not one that dates back 5 years, but the one from last week. To make purchases, you need to create desire. You need to be a bit more commercial - the range of wool is a bit limited in choice.

Pay more attention to shipping: I often receive the order confirmation documents all crumpled. It would also be good to print double-sided. This way you could reduce paper usage, save money, and benefit your customers through shipping costs, for example. The 'Thank You' card is, in my opinion, completely useless... the quality of the Loco leaves much to be desired. However, it lives up to its name, as it doubles so much when you work with it that it drives you crazy! ;) But I still love you xx

The tutorials are of good quality and very well explained. However, I am still waiting for a response to my email from Sunday 25.10.22 regarding my non-compliant order (wooden base does not match the order). It was my first order on this site and I must say I am still disappointed by the nonexistent follow-up.

We have not received an email from you but here is the response: There is no issue with the number of stitches, let me explain: you just need to do 1 stitch, 1 increase, 1 stitch, 1 increase until you get the right number of stitches.
