The Rafaelo yarn received during my first order is of very poor quality compared to the order I just received. Impossible to crochet because it breaks and splits while the one I just received is very robust.

The color of the skeins is never marked, there are only numbers! We don't know what color we are buying, so I don't always buy and I go to a haberdashery. On the site, we should be able to choose the thread based on its size, this search is non-existent.
