Hello, the colors of the yarns on the shop are not always accurate and sometimes disappointing when receiving the package. This is not true for all colors. Beautiful threads, average quality plus! Excellent tutorials! Fast and efficient deliveries. The shopping site is well designed (to improve regarding haberdashery). The relationship with customers is sometimes too terse; not always a sufficiently developed response. The delivery is a disaster. DPD is a company based in the town of PEGOMAS in the Alpes-Maritimes and their delivery is not serious. 3 days to deliver to me on June 6, they gave me 3 excuses that were not justified at all. On June 7, delivery was scheduled for the day, and well, nothing. On June 8, bad weather on the Côte d'Azur???? On June 10, I finally got my wool. I think there is really a problem.

The wools are very good, too bad there are so many out of stock. For example, Namasté and others. The packaging of the parcel I received was torn. Cuts that damaged the wool that was just underneath.
