Beautiful threads, average quality plus! Excellent tutorials! Fast and efficient deliveries. The shopping site is well designed (to improve regarding haberdashery). The relationship with customers is sometimes too terse; not always a sufficiently developed response. Recently, changes have not been reported and some have had difficulties (the thicker cord, the beads with oversized holes...). I am a fan and I appreciate that you ask for our opinion. Thank you

The delivery is a disaster. DPD is a company based in the town of PEGOMAS in the Alpes-Maritimes and their delivery is not serious. 3 days to deliver to me on June 6, they gave me 3 excuses that were not justified at all. On June 7, delivery was scheduled for the day, and well, nothing. On June 8, bad weather on the Côte d'Azur???? On June 10, I finally got my wool. I think there is really a problem.

The wools are very good, too bad there are so many out of stock. For example, Namasté and others. The packaging of the parcel I received was torn. Cuts that damaged the wool that was just underneath. The speed of shipping. I ordered Trapp XL skeins but I am disappointed because there is a lot of patching at the end of the skein, new skein, so several knots in the work. The rest of my order is great and the prices are super. Also, congratulations on your top tutorials

It was noted on the order form that the delivery time was within 2/3 days; but here the deadline was exceeded: order made on 21/05 and delivery to the relay on 31/05. Under these conditions, I find the shipping price (7.96€) a bit excessive.

Nothing to complain about the order and its contents. However, please change carriers! DPD ruins the transaction to the point of making me hesitate for a possible future order. They are to be avoided. I chased after my package for a week! Without knowing where it was and why.

Hello, I am very satisfied with LIDIA's tutorials really, I make a lot of things and delight everyone around me, the only big downside is always the stock shortages that are not replenished, for example the namaste in natural and gray tones that I need to make baskets or pot covers etc... still not in stock, the waiting lists are always unanswered. That's the only thing but it's very important when you plan to make things it's not in 6 months later but right away. I hope you will take this into account. Best regards,

Lidia is amazing! Generous with her time, her advice, she crochets wonderfully, everything she does is beautiful and she is clearly very kind, she is an excellent person. And it is very, very pleasant to follow these tutorials. But!!!! I am more divided about everything else. Never a response to comments whether on the videos or privately (or very, very rarely). Ongoing restocking issues, ranges that disappear, some replaced by others, more expensive. And generally speaking, I am not convinced by the quality of the yarns. Best regards
