The wool is impeccable, the prices are good. But I only gave 3 stars regarding the shipping costs and the time it takes to receive our orders. This summer I paid between 5 and 7€ for shipping and it took me 2 weeks to receive my order... I find that really too long, my 2 other orders took a week to arrive.

I like the choice of threads offered. However, I can't find any knitting tutorials offered or links between the threads and the projects we could make with them.

There are knots in the icorde wool, and the suggested quantity is insufficient.

I have not received my package.

Quality of Cupidon cotton not great. It is soft but it splits a lot, I have to undo and redo the stitches while using a Clover Amour crochet.

Terrible experience with the DPD delivery service that has my wool package but does not deliver it to me. I am not sure I will reorder wool if it means going through this every time.

My package was supposed to be delivered today between 8 am and 5 pm, it is 5:20 pm and still nothing. Best regards

I did not receive the package. I don't know where it is. Disappointed.

This order was perfect, payment, reception time, but what a surprise discovering the color of the yarn CELADON green instead of the light gray I saw on the site. For info, there is no name for the colors, just a number, so 06 is green, all wrong for my heart warmer. Thank you Lidia for these beautiful models.

Shipping costs are too high, especially if I have to reorder the same wool because it’s not enough, I have to pay the same shipping costs again

I really like the tutorials she makes, it's very pleasant to work with her explanations, but the after-sales service is another matter. Refusal to exchange a defective ball of yarn.

Keep your delivery promises!... I had to make an item for tomorrow the 18th and placed the order on July 10th counting on delivery last Tuesday or Wednesday. Result, delivery on July 17th!... :-(

I did not receive the package

Package took longer than the announced deadline. Difficult tracking. Tutorial explanations are very clear, however the difficulty of working with the yarn had not been announced. Maybe express an average time for completion.

I have nothing to say about the site because I have already ordered and the products are excellent and I am the YouTube channel follower diligently but I have no news from the delivery person who should deliver my order on Monday!

Out of stock. Yarns that disappear and are replaced by more expensive ones. And the shipping costs that I find a bit expensive. Buttons that are not in the store, at least I didn't find any?

I regret the stock shortages, I've already asked twice to be informed by email, but nothing. The shipping costs I find exorbitant, almost OBLIGED to make a large order. The payment in several installments is very demanding, selfie, photo of the ID, when it works, I gave up and canceled.

Order well received after having traveled a lot in my city (Mondial Relay). Packaging intact but 2 balls not very clean out of 7; probably due to storage.

Fast shipping. One of the skeins, the color does not match the displayed color, it seems that the photos on the site are edited with filters.

To date, I have not received my package... paid 7.50 for more than 15 days and DPD keeps lying to me saying: it will arrive tomorrow... unacceptable.

First order placed on June 9, today the 16th still not received! A bit long for 3 balls of yarn. Not sure if I will repeat the experience.

I was supposed to receive the package Saturday morning. Received an email from the carrier saying that the delivery could not take place. I then rescheduled for today. Still nothing. The delivery method needs to change. I am very disappointed. Plus, I will have to struggle for the refund. Too much hassle.

It's not your fault, it's DPD who is incompetent. Very expensive shipping fees and the package has been stuck at the agency for 2 weeks.

Positive: Very fast delivery to the relay point; Negative: the photos of the colors of the Caprice yarn on the site do not show the gradients. For example, I bought color 22 which I thought was burgundy/pink, but in the end, there is dark gray in it; Same for color 24, seen as gray gradient, but in fact, it is green!! There should really be several photos of the yarn and especially a description with the dominant colors!! Very unhappy with this first purchase

The delivery was rather fast but, for an order of 70, the shipping costs could have been free. This is the case for online wool sites. Too bad

On my ball of Caprice wool, for all the color changes I have a knot for the next color, not normal

I was disappointed with my last order. Rafy is quite difficult to work with. I started and I am really having a lot of trouble.

Generally quite satisfied. Lidia is great and the wool is superb. Just a bit disappointed with the quality of the TrapiXL for the second consecutive order. Two or three really fine skeins. But I will obviously continue to order.

I am told delivered... but never received. The first order took more than 15 days and very long from you to me. (Well, it's the fault of the delivery service) this order was never received by DPD and moreover the signature (proof of delivery) is really not mine... we really need to do what is necessary to find this package because I am waiting for the green wool to finish the little sweater started with the first order... I am disgusted... I reported it to you and to DPD who was supposed to call me back... I have opposed the payment. I am fed up... I think it's the delivery person's signature... we shouldn't wait 15 days for DPD to check with their delivery person... he won't remember where he put this package anymore.
