Better process the returns. I keep the wool because it is expensive to return it by mail, you would refund me 2 € for the wool you sent, with a bad smell that makes my stomach turn. I don't know what kind of material it is made of, but it's definitely chemical garbage.

The wool is very beautiful. Nothing to say. Very fast delivery. However, I would have liked to have a response to a question asked by email before my order. Despite a follow-up, no response.

Good evening, I ordered several balls of Cupidon cotton and I had the unpleasant surprise of finding knots and cut threads. And this on several balls. I'm making a nice table runner and the knots are on a red ball and on the white one. This is not the first time, which is why I want to point it out to you. I cannot give ratings since my order cannot be delivered. I've been battling with the delivery service for a week, being told by phone every evening that it will be delivered the next day to my pickup point, and of course nothing at all. I am very disappointed and especially very angry.

2nd order without issues, but the wool from the first order had quite a few defects (of course, I noticed this a few minutes before the end). Very thin wool, ultra stiff, very ugly... For a project that I have to give as a gift, it's not great... But I have no choice as I have to give it before Christmas and I don't have time to redo this part.
