Hello, I am not at all satisfied with your carrier because they say they came to deliver the package but could not get my signature and therefore left the package at a relay point, which is false because I stayed all day at home to actually receive my package. Your carrier didn't even come by, so I think that if you continue to deliver customers with the same carrier, I won't be able to continue ordering from you. I am really very disappointed with your carrier. It is still a shame to say that they could not deliver the package when they didn't even come to people's homes. I want to inform you that it is really a pity because your site is great but your carrier ruins everything. I am really very unhappy. Best regards

Two years ago, I wrote because I wanted to know the dimensions of the baby basket and I never got a response. However, the trapilho is well varied in colors.

I am not happy with the quality of the wool I bought. But it's my fault, it's true it's not expensive. The most annoying thing is that it delays my work; my sister's birthday is on May 1st, too bad for me.

Very soft wool but it pills a lot. The model presented is size XL with 2 balls of each color, so 8 balls in total. I started the model from the back taking size L and I strongly doubt I have enough wool to finish, so I am very disappointed

Big disappointment! Either my order was not respected, or your site has bugs... I had ordered safety eyes of different diameters and different colors, and those I received are all identical, in 6mm, with the brown barely distinguishing from the black pupil, the two colors faded and horrifically dull... I will try to return them, provided it doesn't cost me more than the order! and I will inquire to find a quality supplier.

The wool is of poor quality, it often has lint and if you pull on it, it breaks the yarn. Often the wool is thick and it makes big stitches. While YouTube praised this wool. Very disappointed! Sorry

Hello, I wanted to give you this feedback to let you know that the quality of the wool is average. It generates a lot of fluff, which is really very unpleasant to work with, it flies everywhere and causes constant sneezing. Moreover, depending on the color, I notice a difference in diameter!! Delivery needs improvement. Because rescheduling twice is not great and only notified for the first reschedule. However, I am very happy with the ordered yarn, but if I run out, I don't know if I will order again.

The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 19/03. Not being available on that date, I rescheduled the delivery to Saturday 22/03. I received nothing and no news from UPS.

UPS delivery person drops off the package directly at the drop-off point and writes that the mailbox is too small (4 balls of yarn)!!! instead of the home!!! Very fine cotton yarn contrary to the description.

The cotton is soft and the twist of the thread is loose

Before giving my opinion, I should be delivered with already 3 days late no news from the carrier. Don't be surprised if we go to the competition. And I want to be refunded. I waited all day when I was supposed to receive my order.
