Hello, Thank you for your order. We are sorry for this incident with the delivery. Your order was placed on 16/10. The package was sent the same day. Today (6 working days later), the package is at the Harnes HUB. It will be delivered shortly. Normally packages are delivered directly in France, but this time we do not know why, the packages went through Madrid, hence the delay. We apologize for this delay caused by the carrier.
