Hello, congratulations on the very fast shipping, however a small downside, for a previous order. Indeed very disappointed by the wool "Baby Velay 100g, ordered x6 color n°7" on 01/16/2022 order n° 416320. This product frays quickly, and has no hold, I have 5 unusable balls left, what to do? In the Knit Pro Set interchangeable Tunisian hooks Symphony from my order n°391898 of 04/10/2021 the hook n°5 broke without having made a sudden movement hence its replacement in my order n°516666 of 04/23/2023. Otherwise other very nice products. I wish you a good day Françoise BOJEK

The threads are really very beautiful, soft and quite similar to the photos on the site. Very happy with my purchase overall. I look forward to starting to crochet the selected models!!! Small disappointment for the color of Omy n°8: I thought it would be dark gray while in reality it is "jeans blue" but apart from that really very happy! Small advice: add the color in addition to the number on the site. Thank you.
