I appreciate the yarns, the package is well packaged. However, the home delivery offered with an extra charge is never carried out. UPS just drops the packages at the unchosen pickup point!

The order was perfect, good respect for my order. Package in good condition but UPS allows itself to spam me with texts and emails only to end up not respecting the delivery time of the package and leaving it with a provider after two calls on my mobile without leaving any message. Next time I will choose another provider for delivery.

Hello, I placed an order on the site, chose a fast delivery with UPS which is quite expensive and especially with home delivery so that UPS changes the delivery and chooses to put the package in a relay point. This has already happened twice, I find it unacceptable, so I didn't go to pick up my package and I'm waiting for the refund. It's over, I won't order from Lidia again.

Very good quality of yarn, fast shipping. The only downside is 14 days for a possible return (you have to knit quickly) and if you make a mistake on the number of skeins, the return fee is €6.60. I would have gladly ordered skeins in exchange for my return, but I would have had to pay shipping costs again...
