Hello, Thank you but we need to clarify things for your review. We have never judged anyone, let alone a customer. You contacted us with a lot of bad faith since you did not receive the PDF tutorial for the last blanket, while we clearly indicated by all means (Newsletter, social media posts, etc.) that this tutorial is not offered for gift card orders and tutorials. During the last campaign, you ordered the same, a tutorial at 2.9 € to get the first tutorial for free. No problem, there, the first blanket was offered, but not this one. Obtaining a tutorial that will be sold for 9.99 €, with an order of 2.9 €, is not possible every time. Best regards.

Always very good tutorials with correct explanations, thank you very much for everything. A very beautiful wool and reasonable prices. However, for the balls, it's not great, they are filled with knots or they are broken in the middle of the ball and it's not great for the projects.
