The cotton ordered was not the one I received!!!!! You should update your videos!!!! It was supposed to be crocheted with a 3.5 and the one I received is a 6!!!! It's far from the same thing, I am still an expert in crochet and I was very disappointed with my order. When I am told that the bag will have more hold it is mocking me.

Wool delivery by incompetent people rescheduled 3 times, blocked once in Holland for several days, we don't know why, same in Brussels. They finally decide to deliver, I was at home, perfect, but no, late. I have to pick up my kids from school, of course, he passes at that moment, and who is going to have to drive to pick up the package? It's me. Honestly, last time I order as long as it's UPS, I won't order again.

Big disappointment! Either my order was not respected, or your site has bugs... I had ordered safety eyes of different diameters and different colors, and those I received are all identical, in 6mm, with the brown barely distinguishing from the black pupil, the two colors faded and horrifically dull... I will try to return them, provided it doesn't cost me more than the order! and I will inquire to find a quality supplier.

The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 19/03. Not being available on that date, I rescheduled the delivery to Saturday 22/03. I received nothing and no news from UPS.

UPS delivery person drops off the package directly at the drop-off point and writes that the mailbox is too small (4 balls of yarn)!!! instead of the home!!! Very fine cotton yarn contrary to the description.

Before giving my opinion, I should be delivered with already 3 days late no news from the carrier. Don't be surprised if we go to the competition. And I want to be refunded. I waited all day when I was supposed to receive my order.

The customer service was supposed to contact me again. I'm still waiting. Not to mention the delivery company that left the package more than an hour away from my home...

Even though I have a Mondial Relay depot very close to me, I was only offered more distant Mondial Relay options. I therefore chose the more expensive home delivery, but my package scheduled for 13/03 is still not here! Delayed to 14/03, I was forced to stay at home all day unnecessarily since several messages informed me of a delivery slot in the early afternoon. This delivery did not take place and I have received no messages since!

I asked to change the delivery date by UPS and it was not done.

My package was delivered to 6 chemin du lavoir while I live at 4 as specified on my order, I paid everything by credit card. My package was delivered on February 3, 2024, to this day nothing has been done either to refund me or to send my order, I am not responsible for all this. I plan to file a complaint.

I don't see how to order, I want to give my opinion on my last order placed on the 13th since I still haven't received it. And it has been several months now that the delivery service is not doing its job properly. On the penultimate order, delivery costs were 19 euros because I requested express delivery, supposed to be delivered the next day, I received it 6 days later and impossible to get a refund because the Lidia crochet service does not want anything and does not even bother to respond to my emails. Sure, it's a site where yarn is not very expensive, but the deliveries are deplorable. So this is a case to follow. If I have to order elsewhere to have a more serious follow-up on deliveries, then I will do so even if I have to pay more. And according to some comments I have seen, I am not the only one. Lidia should ask herself the right questions. Good to know.
