I received my order well and the shipment was well protected. However, I am really disappointed with the quality of the polka dot skeins. I had to cut half of the skeins because they were unusable, nothing to do with the photo in the ad. Unfortunately, I would not reorder.

Top merchandise but the delivery was really not great! The delivery people don't bother to look for the address. They end up delivering 20km from my home. They don't send me the receipt code so I had to come back! (80km for me). However, Lidia crochet helped me a lot to finally recover my product. But it makes the ball of wool expensive.

No problems with deliveries even if the Mondial Relay delivery points are rare and not always close to home. However, I am very disappointed with the latest proposed creations.
