The quality of the wool is top, price not too high, fast delivery. Just the packaging a bit disappointing as it risks damaging the wool when opening the package. But otherwise perfect

The quality of the package, the yarn as always: thank you to Lidia and her team! A small downside for DPD who cannot deliver to my home and claims that I am absent when I was present (2nd time this happens). I filed a complaint, but does it help?!?
