I really like the proposed tutorials that are very well explained. By the way, I am currently making the 'Tartan' blanket. The yarns offered on the site are very pretty. By the way, I placed and received an order for yarn (kameleon). However, I was a bit disappointed with the color which was much less bright than on the site ?? I think the photos on the site are particularly bright due to special lighting but at home, the result is not the same ??

I did not receive my package at home as requested. I now have to go to a person's house (neighbor's package) to pick up my package at fixed hours and by making an appointment. If I ask for home delivery, it's for convenience reasons (work). This is the first time this has happened to me and frankly, it's really not practical.

Very good for the speed of delivery, but disappointed by the wool, beautiful colors, but this wool itches me, I wanted to make a poncho for my little girls and a shawl, I give up... Small downside, the delivery was laborious, I had to call your colleagues who did what was necessary to retrieve my package, necessarily with a delay, but I am happy with this first experience with you. Very disappointed with the quality of the threads. After several orders (one per month), I encountered problems with different skeins (NAYA and PRESTIGE). Without going into details, I did not have a customer service that met my expectations. To improve: your customer service, not attentive and with ready-made responses that go in your direction and certainly not in the customer's direction. Quality of some threads to review. I liked: the speed of order processing and shipping. Consequently, I will avoid placing an order.
