The speed of order handling. It would be better to know the delivery organization in order to make a choice, knowing that we face delivery issues (costs and delivery times not respected)

The wool ordered is the one expected, very good product. No disappointment on that side. However, the delivery is not up to par. UPS was supposed to deliver to my home and decided to drop my package at a relay point without telling me beforehand. I hesitate to place a new order because the relay point in question is difficult to access and at times that do not suit me.

Your carrier UPS is really not serious. I had major problems with my last 2 orders. Moreover, UPS completely disregards their job and is even unpleasant, with recordings to support. It's really a shame to stop this collaboration because of UPS. I was very satisfied with LIDIA's services and the quality of her products. But I can't block days waiting for information about my deliveries, there is no respect.

Delivery times are extremely long. Order placed on 02/05 and today is the 12th. Still not delivered. It was the same with my previous order. This is the only site I know that has such long delivery times. Make an effort and ship on the same day or the next day.
