I am very happy with the wool and others but very unhappy with the follow-up, I regularly pay to have it delivered to my home and finally I have to pick up my package at a relay point but I am never reimbursed for the price I pay

The +: I am satisfied with my order. The shipping is very fast. There is a lot of choice in the shop. Quality items at an affordable price. Moreover, I watch Lidia's tutorials on YouTube and they are always very well explained. The -: However, to help me order knitting yarns, I would have liked the approximate quantity of skeins needed to make a size M sweater to be indicated. The shipping costs are a bit high and I can't find the country of manufacture on the skein labels.
